There are a couple of different ways to go about this, and I'll add more later.
Al Gietzen N755V
Al has a Mazda powerplant on N755V, so he's got hot water to use for heating. He brings that into the cabin at the whaletail and uses a squirrel-cage blower to heat the cabin.
