Condition Inspection

Here is a common Condition Inspection template. Our Cincinnati FSDO representative has impressed upon us to make sure we use the standard phrasing ("") in our logbook endorsement upon completion of the this inspection as he had a case where an insurance claim was denied based upon the owner inserting an entry for "Annual Inspection". The term annual only applies to certified aircraft, even though the inspection is essentially (perhaps entirely) identical, if your airplane's Op Limits state a condition inspection it can be declared unairworthy without this entry in your logbook.
