Retractable Nosewheel

Here are a couple of Velocity's with retractable nose-wheels (ala Long Ez), and non-retractable mains. The Velocity prototype N401DM featured a retractable nose-wheel. Herb Sanders did this, as did, Doug Holub on N2980W, and maybe Wayne Owens on N33SV-UPDATE: This [[1]] says Wayne was going to build a Velocity but built an RV-9 instead.).

seven RVs in the neighborhood and everybody has  tools and knows what they’re doing I figured
I’d start where I had a lot  of help.”
